Glen Carroll brings to ConStrata over 25+ years of knowledge and experience in Global Operations, Sales, Services, and Corporate Strategic Planning in the Hospitality, Services, and electronics manufacturing industries. He brings high-level strategic expertise from an international perspective for a global expanding market place to ConStrata’s client base.

Glen graduated West Point with a BS in Engineering Technology and went on to earn his Master’s from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Computer Sciences. Glen began his career as an officer in the US Army and then moved to RAYTHEON Corporation in their Missile Systems Division.  Glen started his career in the Hospitality industry at ParTech, Inc. During his tenure, he went from running the Quality Organization through Operations and then onto joining the Sales Organization.  As the founder of Par’s Business Partner division he led Par’s first foray into alternate channels and from there grew into Par’s International team.  For 8 years he led and expanded the International organization and its client base for PAR as their VP of International. In 2010 he joined Acrelec SAS, a France based Digital Technology supplier, and founded Acrelec Americas to establish their US footprint to the Hospitality and Retail Industry.

In his tenure Glen has led multi-functional teams worldwide in the fields of technology, services, hospitality, networking, and global negotiations. He spearheaded the acquisitions of major foreign business entities, developed joint ventures, and guided cross-cultural & multi-functional teams worldwide successfully to grow global business.

Glen is a Certified Quality Engineer, ASQC; Lead Auditor, ISO 9001; certified in Productivity and Inventory Management and is CPIM licensed and a retired Lieutenant Colonel USAR. He is on the Board of Directors of several for profit and non for profit organizations and community initiatives beside his membership in the Rotary Club, Optimist Club.
