John works with ConStrata clients to help them to determine their technology needs to achieve their goals in leveraging their technology investment. He has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry and his experience runs the gamut from line operations to support of Information Systems to Business Analysis.

He began his career in restaurant management working for several different brands ranging from quick serve to full service casual dining.

John spent over 20 years in the Burger King® system, in both the franchise and corporate communities, starting as a restaurant manager and moving into the technology realm. As a Systems Analyst, he did restaurant support, training, documentation, installations and was administrator of the upper level communication systems between the restaurants and corporate systems. In 2009, he joined the IPC (Independent Purchasing Cooperative), the franchisee owned company for Subway® Restaurants, as a Business Analyst responsible for gathering requirements for all aspects of the new in house proprietary POS ecosystem for use in all their restaurants worldwide.
