Donna brings a wealth of HR and HR technology experience to each project. Her broad–based HR/HRMS experience has given her access to various aspects within the HR process and workflow, including talent acquisition and management, payroll and timekeeping, and Labor Management.

She began her career at Pepsi Bottling Group, where she was responsible for key HR and payroll initiatives for their global businesses. Her career continued at MasterCard International, Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and Shake Shack, where she was responsible for the selection and deployment of technology to support the full range of HR and people-related functionality. Donna has contributed to many different roles throughout her career and is a sough-after contributor to numerous vendor advisory panels.

She will be providing her expertise in all HR areas where HR intersects IT.  The systems included where she will work in the HRIS arena include Learning Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Labor Management and Scheduling, Self-Service, and other related areas.  She will provide her expertise not only in helping select, implement and Project Manage in these areas, but also in providing HRIS strategy and guidance.
